Małgorzata Giemza is a fifth-year law student at the University of Warsaw and an LL.M. student at the UC Berkeley School of Law with a specialization in Law & Technology. Małgorzata also studied at Nova School of Law in Lisbon. She has built her experience in corporate law and M&A transactions and was also active in counselling at the Law Clinic at the University of Warsaw, providing pro bono legal help to victims of violence and discrimination. Małgorzata is a member of numerous scientific clubs and student organizations dealing with, among others, the new technologies law, art and law, and the practical application of law.
