Jakub Krupiński is a legal counsel trainee at District Chamber of Legal Counselors in Warsaw. He is a graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Lazarski University in Warsaw and is continuing his studies at the Faculty of Economics and Management at the same university, where he is preparing his diploma thesis on „Data Security in Internet Banking Systems”. He was a member of the intellectual property law circle. During his studies he finished a course on alternative dispute resolution methods. He gained experience in a renowned Polish law firm dealing with administrative, civil and criminal law cases.
Jakub advises on telecommunications law, intellectual property law, personal data protection and cyber security and new technologies. He actively advises companies on entrustment of processing of personal data, transfer of personal data to third countries and other compliance aspects of personal data processing with the EU Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) as part of various business processes. He also advises on innovative projects and conducts analyzes of potential legal risks. His interests also lie in the area of development and application of technology in the financial sphere (fintech).
