Ewelina Kęciek has been submitted to Warsaw Bar Assosciation as trainee advocate. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and from postgraduate studies in data protection law and law of new technologies organised by the Kozminski University. Before joining Kobylańska Lewoszewski Mednis law firm she cooperated with Warsaw law firms providing legal consultancy in the field of data privacy and e-commerce law.
Ewelina specialises in personal data protection law and regulations governing the e-commerce industry, including consumer regulations. She uses her knowledge in this field to provide legal consultancy for clients from various sectors of the economy. Ewelina has experience in conducting audits of compliance with personal data protection regulations and in the implementation of GDPR requirements, including conducting training courses in several companies. She was a member of the Data Protection Officer team in one of the leading media groups in Poland. Ewelina drafts opinions, internal GDPR documentation and documentation for websites, participating in the project from the creation of the idea to its full implementation.
