Aleksandra Czarnecka has been admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association as a trainee advocate. Before joining Kobylańska & Lewoszewski, Aleksandra was an associate in the TMT/IP/Personal Data Protection team of an International law firm. Aleksandra graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University and the Center for American Law Studies jointly organised by the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University, the Georgia State University College of Law and the Emory University School of Law.
Aleksandra specialises in personal data protection and cybersecurity law. She was on board in projects concerning the implementation of GDPR requirements for more than a dozen companies, including the largest players in the pharmaceutical, medical, technological, construction and e-commerce sectors. She also participated in the project implementing the AML Directive (IV) for one of the leading Polish banks. Aleksandra’s experience also includes agreements on data transfer to third countries,, assistance to Clients in handling data subjects’ rights requests, or Vendor Risk Management.
