Dr Aleksandra Banach is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Maria Curie-Skłodowska in Lublin in the field of law and the Faculty of Economics of the same University in the field of economics. In 2019, she completed her PhD studies in commercial law. The subject of her doctoral thesis concerned ” Termination of the partnership’s operations in a manner agreed by partners in Polish law”.Aleksandra is the author of several scientific publications and a participant of numerous scientific conferences on a local and national scale.
Aleksandra gained professional experience as a lawyer in a boutique law firm specializing in public procurement law, followed by a position in the legal and court department of a company listed on the stock exchange. She has knowledge and experience in the field of civil litigation and non-contentious proceedings, suits for payment, enforcement-warrant proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, pursuing claims against members of bodies of capital companies as well as inheritance proceedings. Aleksandra gained expertise in the field of personal data protection in connection with concluding insurance contracts. Her professional responsibilities also included preparing legal analyses and opinions on civil and commercial issues, as well as drawing up and analysing process mapping.
